چکیده
The Solani Aqueduct is 175 years old heritage structure in Roorkee, India. exterior surface of the deteriorated due to fungal infestation. Fungi can spoil valuable sites aesthetically, mechanically and chemically. Five fungi namely: Curvularia pallescens, Fusarium equiseti, Talaromyces purpureogenus, Aspergillus niger, Alternaria alternata were isolated identified from Aqueduct. Essential oils (Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Clove) evaluated by using agar well diffusion method against three (out five) dominating A. T. determine zone inhibition. clove oil (10000 ppm) exhibited anti-fungal activity different following order i.e., Alternaria>Talaromyces>Aspergillus. Further, with individual water-repellent coatings (konex 2318, konex 2319, zycosil-zycoprime) was applied on a white cement panel their performance above fungi. effective results all up 28 days. GC-MS spectra eugenol content 86.95%. maximum depth penetration coating determined various dyes recorded as for 2319 (3.0 mm) followed 2318 (2.7 zycosil-zycoprime (1.3 mm). On basis visual observation water hydrophobicity test performed field trial at Aqueduct, protecting has been off >konex >zycosil - zycoprime.

Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum cv. ‘Mriachii Blue’) is one of the most important and marketable cut flowers in the world. However, a relatively limited vase life reduces its marketability. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of essential oils in extending vase life of cut flowers of Lisianthus. For this purpose a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized desig...
